3 months clean and now this shit

i’m so upset

i was clean three months. Three months without throwing up… I thought I was cured I thought that it was over and then tonight came and I fucked up bad.

I was in the shower after a bowl of pasta and I felt so heavy and my finger just naturally found it’s way down my throat. 

The worst part… it felt so good.

After I was done I felt so light and good and I don’t know what to do.

I’m scared I’m gonna fall back, back down into the deep hole and I won’t be able to get out this time.

I need to get through this. For my voice, for myself, and for all the people that have stood besides me and watched my progress. They’ve been there for me and I don’t want to disappoint them.

dinner: apple and orange

snack: apple

workout: elliptical (30 minutes), arm lifts (40), leg lifts (10 each), plank (1.15min) sit ups (50)

calories burned: 400

calories consumed:-180

breakfast: orange

calories: 40

lunch: chicken salad and green tea

calories: 250

dinner: apple and 2 oranges

calories: 160

workout: run 33 minutes, sit ups: 100, leg lifts 40, weights 10 reps, arms 20 reps

calories burned: 400

calories consumed: 50
